Trip Overview

Tsum Valley situated in northern Gorkha is one of Buddhism’s sacred hidden valleys and was opened to trekkers in 2008.

With sceneries similar to the classic Annapurna Circuit, this trek starts at Arughat; passes through bamboo forests, Monasteries and traditional villages in the Buri Gandaki gorge before entering Tsum valley through Lokpa.

You will be rewarded with breathtaking views of Himalchuli, Shringi Himal, Ngadichuli and Manaslu.

This is a demanding trek in the remote Himalayan region.

Earthquake update:

Although this trail was affected by the earthquake, it still is a fantastic option for camping trek.
